Being loud on Las Olas

Last night, my parents picked me up and we drove up to Las Olas Blvd., in Ft. Lauderdale to meet my cousins and aunt and uncle. There were 10 of us. We ended up in this place, Café Europa. Service sucked, but the food and company were great.

We have such a good time when we are together, but we are a loud Italian family, especially my father and my cousin. They were yelling back and forth about politics and sports and things but they weren't arguing, they were just talking loud.

One of my cousin's sons was sitting next to me at the table, he's 12. He told me that his father is getting him embarrassed. I told him that my father was getting me embarrassed. So finally we told them both to shut up, but of course they ignored us and went on about the Mets and Hillary and Obama and stuff.

I'm going up to New York in July, so we'll all be together again soon. They have a house in the Hamptons and we will spend July 4th there.

Las Olas sucks, you shold've gone to Sunny Isles Beach which is famous for Rascal House and the first Tony Roma's ever.
