They need to hire a private detective agency
Not sure what to make of this.
We use a private detective agency to do background checks on new tenants, residents and employees, like most condos do.
Yesterday I faxed in a form to get a background check on a new buyer here at the condo. The detective agency called me to tell me that they can do the criminal background check, but not the financial credit check. When I asked why, I was told because the lady that used to do it disappeared and they don't know where to find her.

Does anyone else see the absurdity of this?
